Raised Catholic Robert did everything he could to not attend church on Sundays. But while in the US Navy in 1974 he walked the isle at a small Baptist church in Alameda, California. He was invited to attend that church by a fellow sailor who had become a member. It wasn’t until 21 years later that he really got saved. Thinking he was saved for all those years Robert finally had a heart to heart talk with the Lord and got things straight. At a church revival in 1995 he was so moved by the word and it raised many questions which needed to be answered. That night on the floor of a studio apartment in Buford, GA. he accepted the Lord as his personal savior.
